Tip #4

There are many tips for deodorizing running shoes. I think it's easier to just keep them fresh by getting to the root of the problem: your feet. So, before putting shoes on, sprinkle baby powder (with cornstarch) on your feet, but especially the soles. They'll stay dry and pleasant-smelling. And so will your shoes!

  1. I've heard of this...I totally forgot it as I rarely just wear shoes. I'm a sock person! I feel like I have to wear socks with everything! I'll try to remember to bring some when I go hiking though (would probably keep the moisture off too.)
